2018Manfredonia
Our story
A center born from practice, for practice.
M&M Education was founded in Manfredonia in 2018 by Dr. Michele Melillo and Dr. Giuseppe Musiello, to create a dental training center that meets a concrete need of the local area and of the profession. Not an academy detached from everyday clinical practice, but a place where training is built around what professionals actually face in their practice.
Over the first editions we have trained professionals from all over Italy, with courses ranging from basic oral surgery to periodontology, and from fixed prosthodontics to gnathology. Each course is designed with a limited number of participants, speakers selected for their direct clinical experience, and practical sessions on simulators or in live surgery.

Our approach
Training built around clinical decisions.
Every M&M Education course starts from an analysis of the most frequent clinical difficulties in practice. The teaching structure combines lectures, simulator exercises, discussion of real cases and direct interaction with the faculty. Groups are deliberately small: not for logistical reasons, but to ensure genuine interaction between participants and speakers. The training we offer does not end in the classroom — the goal is for every professional to leave with a method they can apply from the very next day.
